Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SIEC) is the electric
distribution cooperative serving homes and businesses in southernmost Illinois. Our 11,500 plus meters serving our member-owners are located in Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski and Union Counties. SIEC is a not-for-profit cooperative, which is part of the largest network of electric utilities in the nation. SIEC is member-owned, locally controlled and prides itself on quality service at competitive rates. SIEC is part of the nationwide network of electric cooperatives associated with Touchstone Energy.
