Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SIEC) is the electric distribution cooperative serving homes and businesses in southernmost Illinois. Our 11,500 plus meters (8,500 plus members) are located in Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski and Union Counties. SIEC is a not-for-profit cooperative, which is part of the largest network of electric utilities in the nation. SIEC is member-owned, locally controlled and prides itself on quality service at competitive rates. SIEC is part of the nationwide network of electric cooperatives associated with Touchstone Energy.
